Channels are the communication methods that ChatStyle uses to send and receive chat messages. Which chat platforms you and your customers use will decide which channels you may want to support in ChatStyle.
We currently support the following chat channels:
- Microsoft Teams
- SMS (Twilio)
You can access the channels available to your bot from the Channels link in the portal.
From the channel list you can access details about any of the specific channels. You can also deactivate the channel with the toggle switch on the right of the channel name. This will disable communication over that channel immediately. In the case of the Web channel, it will hide the chatbox avatar from being displayed on any sites where the HTML snippet was added.
