You can use the Web channel to add customer chat to your company website or customer portal. Whenever a new bot is created in ChatStyle, a Web channel is automatically created that is connected to the bot.
You can access the Web channel page by going into the portal and clicking on the Channels link, and then selecting the Web channel link.
From the Web channel page, you are able to access a link to a test page for the customer web channel. This link is available to anyone without logging into the portal, so it can be shared with anyone to test the chat.
Also, this page provides an HTML snippet that you can embed on your own website or other customer portals. You can embed it on a single page or multiple pages within the site. Click the “Copy Script” button in order to copy the HTML to your clipboard for use in another application like WordPress.
